PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Dock leveler is a professional auxiliary equipment to load and unload the goods faster. Its height adjustment function makes a bridge between the truck and the cargo platform of the warehouse. Forklifts and other handling vehicles can drive directly into the trucks through it for cargo loading and unloading. Only one person can operate.

The load range of our dock leveler generally is 6-12 tons. The size of the platform is 2000*2500mm or 2000*2000mm, also can be customized according to your requirements.

The stroke height of the equipment is 200mm downward and 300mm upward. The maximum height can reach 600mm.

Safety Device: Reliable

1.Overload protection : Hydraulic unit with overload protection device. If overload, the hydraulic station automatically relief pressure and stop running.

2.Emergency Stop : The lift can be stopped immediately in case of any emergency.

3.Emergency Lowering : The platform can be lowered down manually in case of power failure.

4.Explosion-proof valve: The hydraulic system is equipped with explosion-proof valves, which can prevent the sudden drop of the platform if the oil pipe breaks.

5.Safe sensor: When the platform declines, if it touch anything, it will be stopped, so it can protect goods or operators.(Optional)
