Facotry Direct Alochol Soluble Eosin for Cytoplasmic Staining

Eosin is an acid dye used for staining cytoplasm in histology.The basic principle is that eosin can be dissociated into negatively charged anions in water, which can combine with the cationic amino groups of proteins in the cytoplasm to make the cytoplasm appear red.The eosin dye (alcohol solution) used in this product has a molecular weight of 649.89 and a concentration of 0.05%. It is usually combined with hematoxylin dye (G1004) to stain tissues or cells and is used to display cell structure. After staining, the cytoplasm appears in varying shades of pink to peach. Compared with G1002 eosin dye (water soluble), tissues or cells dyed with this product can be directly dehydrated by anhydrous ethanol, transparent and sealed by xylene, and the cytoplasm of tissues or cells is more deeply stained without washing.
