Q: How to place order?
A: 1. Kindly tell us which item, quantity, color etc you want to order.
    2. Proforma invoice will be sent to you as per your order information.
    3. Please kindly check the PI. If everything is OK, we will delivery the goods ASAP once we receive your payment.
    4. The best, safest, fastest and economic shipping way will be chosen to delivery to you.
    5. Kindly check package and for sure you will be satisfied with our products.

Q: How long is the delivery time?
A:  Generally we have large stock, we ship out in 1-2 days.
    Delivery Time usually takes about 5-7days which in according to actual situation.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra cost?
A: We provide samples for free but the shipping cost shall be covered by you.

Q: Can I have my brand logo on products?
A: Yes, We provide one-stop OEM service, from product design, production to delivery.
   1. Please send us high definition images, text, logo and so on. Then tell us how would you like to present them. We will try our best to put your ideas into design and send you finished files for confirmation.
  2. If we agree on the design and price, we will produce sample once payment made.
  3. After sample confirmed, we will do mass production.

Q: How can you guarantee production quality?
A:  We have strict quality control system to ensure the best quality: IQC, IPQC, FQC, QA, FQA.

Q: How to deal with defect products?
A: We have five strict QC processes to ensure product's quality. If in case of any defect items occurred, please show us pics and videos, replacement will be offered with your next order.
