Manufacturing flow

Packaging
Layer 1: the sculpture is completely wrapped in white tissue paper
The second layer covers the whole sculpture with bubble paper, which is good for anti-shock, anti-friction and abrasion, anti-impact, non-toxic, tasteless, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion.
The third layer is packed with plastic wrap to make the bubble wrap and white paper more suitable for the sculpture and not easy to fall off, and it can strengthen waterproof, moisture-proof, increase wear resistance and impact resistance.

Advantage
1.Light weight, high strength
The relative density is between 1.5 and 2.0, only 1/4~1/5 of the carbon steel, but the tensile strength is close to, even more than, the carbon steel, and the specific strength can be compared with the advanced alloy steel.
As a result, it has worked well in aviation, rockets, space vehicles, high pressure vessels, and other applications that require less self-weight.
The tensile, flexural and compressive strength of some epoxy FRP can reach over 400Mpa.

2.Good corrosion resistance
FRP is a good corrosion resistant material and has good resistance to acids, alkali, salt and various oils and solvents in the atmosphere, water and general concentration.
It has been applied to various aspects of chemical anticorrosion and is replacing carbon steel, stainless steel, wood, non-ferrous metal and so on.
3.Good electrical
It is a good insulating material used to make insulators.
Good dielectric properties are still protected at high frequencies.

4.Good thermal performance
FRP has a low thermal conductivity, ranging from 1.25 kJ/ (m·h·K) to 1.67kJ/ (m·h·K) at room temperature, only 1/100~1/1000 of metal, and is an excellent thermal insulation material.
Under the condition of the instantaneous ultra high temperature, is the ideal thermal protection and ablation resistant material, can protect the spacecraft at above 2000 ºC under high-speed air flow.

1.Low modulus of elasticity

It can be made into thin shell structure and sandwich structure, or it can be made up by high modulus fiber or reinforcing rib.
2.Poor long-term temperature resistance
General FRP can use for a long time at high temperature, general polyester FRP above 50 ºC intensity is decreased obviously, generally only used in under 100 ºC;
General-purpose epoxy FRP above 60 ºC, intensity is decreased obviously.
But can choose high-temperature resistance resin, make long-term working temperature at 200 ~ 300 ºC is possible.
3.aging
Aging is a common defect of plastics, and FRP is no exception. Under the action of ultraviolet radiation, wind, sand, rain and snow, chemical media and mechanical stress, it is easy to lead to performance degradation.
4.Low shear strength
