Instructions: Upon arrival, charge up your new unit.  The charging port has a "charge" symbol on it. Simply insert a Micro USB into the charging port and charge using your computer, a charging brick, or an iPhone plug. To turn on the unit, simply press and hold the on button for 3 seconds.  You will hear the fan working.  The fan has three modes : Slow, medium and fast. Press once and you will hear the fan speed change.
