Product Introduction
  1. This machine is provided with a device separating material storage and material description. Host storage is photoelectric controlled and material is distributed as needed.
  2. Storage hopper is separated from the vibration source to avoid premature liquefaction of some concrete due to the effect of aftershock.
  3. Special arch device to ensure rapid and even distribution of materials, a swinging feeding device is fixed in the hopper; materials is evenly sent to the mould box adjusting the movable fork.
  4. When pressured, transform the excessive oil into vibration force. Directional vibration, frequency conversion, braking and cancellation of vibration energy consumption are all controlled by computers.
  5. Low frequency feeding, high frequency vibration and template suppressing vibration make the concrete fully liquefied, exhaust within 2-3 seconds.  
  6. Imported electric, hydraulic components and oil tank cooling system to ensure the controlling, hydraulic system trouble - free operation.
  7. The parameters can be modified at any time according to different raw materials and products by the human-computer interface and Chinese-English menu.
  8. It can produce wall bricks, heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers, road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc. by simply changing the mould.
