1)By Sea:
As the magnets have strong attraction and we will use the spacer to apart the magnets each other in case people will be hurt when take it out. 
Then, they will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton.  (Detailed package quantity should be made upon the real products)

2) By Air:
If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron sheet to shield.
Q: What is your terms of payment? 
A: Usually,we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular orders,we prefer 30% in advance,70% against

the copy of B/L.For long term business relations, we have more advantage terms for payment.

Q: Can we send a Double layer magnetic grate sample for reference?
A: We are glad to send Double layer magnetic grate samples for your inspection. Standard samples can be 

free, but you may need to pay the express fees.

Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance to the standards. We have quanlity report for each lot

Q: What is the lead time?
A: 3-35 days after received payment(Depends on size and quantity).

Q: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A: Take photos of the problems and send to us, after we comfirm the problems, within three days,we will make a satisfied solution for you.
