Product Description

 

Ecotrend manufactures autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) or aerated lightweight concrete (ALC) block and panel, it is a composite of cement, lime, and silica sand. Besides, ALC panel uses bidirectional welded steel mesh (reinforcing bar) ,which has been treated with a superior rust preventive liquid and cured with high-temperature, high-pressure steam. A porous silicate board is manufactured for high performance of anti-permeability and sound insulation. It can be divided into external wall panels, partition panels (internal wall panels), floor panels and roof slabs according to the purpose.

 

AAC blocks and ALC panels are widely used in various projects,such as commercial, factory, and residential buildings etc. The product has the characteristics of convenient installation, wide application range, and high construction accuracy; meanwhile, it can greatly improve the usage performance of the building, and reduce the cost of construction.

Autoclaved aerated concrete (shorted as AAC) is a kind of lightweight precast concrete, it was invented in the mid-1920s and has developed for around 100 years. Since 1980, the production of AAC Blocks continues to increase globally and it is increasingly used by developers, architects, builders around the world, especially for prefabricated building, this is in line with the development trend of the construction industry.

Thermal Insulation

The thermal conductivity of AAC/ALC is 1/4 of clay brick, 1/6 of common concrete; helping keep indoors warm in winter and cool in summer; saving on energy costs.

Fireproof

100mm thick panel has 4 hours of fire rating, and no harmful gases will be released even at high temperature. Recognized as Euroclass A1 non-combustible product.

Sound Insulation

Inside of AAC/ALC, there are plenty of pores, so that it has effective sound insulation. The noise can be reduced by 30 - 50 dB depending on its thickness.

Lightweight

The density of AAC/ALC is 1/5 of common concrete, 1/3 of clay brick, similar to wood; which makes it more efficient and safe to install, while reducing the structural cost by 15%-20%. 

High Strength

The compressive strength up to 5.0 M/Pa

Anti-seismic

Lightweight and excellent integrity makes it able to absorb strong impacts, which reduced inertia force during the earthquake.
 

Anti-permeability

There are millions of closed pores on the surface; which effectively prevent moisture infiltration.

    Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a lightweight concrete that is formed into blocks and panels for a wide range of loadbearing and non-loadbearing construction applications. It is manufactured from silica sand, cement, recycled material, lime, gypsum, aluminium paste and aerating agents. It is moulded, cut and steam pressure cured in an autoclave before being packed, ready for transport.
