BRIEF DESCRIPTION

MG - Q12 Paper cup forming machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station, which has the function of photocell detection, failure alarm, counter and the advantages of humanism design, safer operation and easier maintenance. It produces Single-side-PE-film-coated paper cups after running a whole procedure of automatic pre-printed fan-shape-paper feeding, cup-side-body sealing(heater), silicone-oil lubricating(for top curling), bottom punching, bottom pre-heating and pre-folding, main heating, bottom knurling, top curling and cup discharging. It is an ideal equipment of making hot drinks (tea, coffee, milk) disposable paper cups etc.

1.With unique appearance, easy disassemble cover, convenient user daily cleaning and maintenance 

2.Cup forming adopts stretch knife comes out even wrinkle cup bottom paper, improve the adhesive effect between cup bottom and body, greatly reduce the leakage rate.

3.Bottom rolling device is with the introduction of foreign advanced technology and independent research and development. Embossing strength at the bottom is five times larger than old one, with uniform effect bottom rolling and clear decorative pattern, greatly reduce the leakage rate (we have the product design patent certificate).

5.The alarm system adopts multi-point detective protection, multiple functions  such as bottomless alarm stop, over cup stop etc.
