[Product introduction]

This product is a compound of multiple kind of polyphosphate, silicate and maleic acid copolymer. It is suitable for dyeing and soaping of various fibers, especially cotton, rayon, flax and their blended fabrics.

[Features and advantages]

1. It has excellent complexing, dispersing and washing functions.
2. Fully wash away the floating color on the fabric surface to improve the color fastness.
3. Prevent contamination on the white and improve the printing effect.
4. It has little effect on the color light, and the brightness can be improved after soaping.

[Application]

All kinds of fabrics are soaped after dyeing and printing.

[Reference process]

Reference dosage: light color 0.2 - 0.3 g / L, medium color 0.4 - 0.5 g / L, dark color 0.6 - 0.8 g / L

Reference process: 85-95 ºC * 10-20min → water washing  1-2 times, fixing color

[Packaging and storage]

50kg (lined with plastic bags) and stored in a cool warehouse for one year.
