Biological soaping agent is suitable for various cellulose fiber dyeing and soaping processes after printing. It has the function of decomposing to floating color and dyes in soap boiling liquid; it has the characteristics of high soaping efficiency, small color of soap boiling liquid and low COD value of soap boiling; using this product soap boiling can save ordinary dyed fabric 1-2 times of washing, can reduce one soap boiling for dark red fabrics such as red, this product does not contain APEO.

[Features and advantages]
1. It has better dispersing, cleaning and anti-recontamination functions.
2. It can effectively wash the floating color on the surface of the fabric and improve the color fastness.
3. Soap boiling residual liquid has a small chroma, which can save 1-2 washings on ordinary dyed fabrics.
4. High soaping efficiency, can reduce one soap boiling for dark red, black and other dark fabrics.

[Reference process]
Reference dosage: 0.8 ~ 2.0% (owf) Increase or decrease according to the amount of dye, the amount of dye * 10-20%
Note: For big red, the amount is about 15-20% of the amount of dye;
For other medium and dark colors such as black, the amount is about 10-15% of the amount of dye;
For blue colors such as turquoise, brilliant blue and royal blue, use as appropriate.

[Packing and storage]
40kg bag; sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, the storage period is half a year.
