[Production description]

Water saving soaping agent is suitable for the soaping process after dyeing and printing of various cellulose fibers. It can decompose dyestuffs in floating color and soaping liquid; it has the characteristics of high soaping efficiency, low color of soaping liquid, and low COD value of residual liquid; using this product soaping can save money on ordinary dyed fabrics. 1-2 times of washing, it can reduce one time of soaping for dark fabrics such as red. This product does not contain APEO.

[Characteristic and advantages]

1. It has better dispersion, cleaning and anti-recontamination functions.

2. It can effectively wash away the floating color on the fabric surface and improve the color fastness.

3. The chroma of the soaping liquid is small, which can save 1-2 times of washing for ordinary dyed fabrics.

4.High soaping efficiency, it can reduce one time of soaping for dark fabrics such as red and black 

[Application range ]

   Suitable for all kinds of cellulose fabric dyeing and soaping after printing.

[Reference dosage  ]

  Reference dosage: 0.8 ~ 2.0% (owf) According to the amount of dye, increase or decrease as appropriate, the amount of dye *10-20%

Note: For big red, the dosage is about 15-20% of the amount of dye;

  For black and other medium and dark colors, the dosage is about 10-15% of the dye dosage;

   For blue colors such as turquoise blue, brilliant blue, and royal blue, use as appropriate.

[Packaging and storage] 

40KG / plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Sorted in cool ventilated  place , stable period is 1 year .
