This product has high chelating value and stable chelating ability for heavy metal ions such as calcium ion, magnesium ion and iron ion, especially in the presence of high temperature, strong alkali, oxidant and electrolyte. meeting the latest requirements of high efficiency and short process technology in the printing and dyeing industry.

[Application range ]

1. It can improve the water quality and can be used as a softener with excellent performance when the dosage is small.

 2. When used in the pretreatment process, it can effectively prevent the damage of iron ions to fibers during oxygen bleaching under various alkali concentration and high temperature conditions, improve the strength and whiteness of the fabric, play stabilize the hydrogen peroxide.

  3.When used in the dyeing process, it helps the dye to disperse ,penetrate, prevents the dye from agglomerating into color points or spots. The dyed fabric or yarn color is uniform and transparent,  the color light is pure and bright, which improves the quality of the dyed product. 

 4. When used in the soaping process,  can remove the dye floating color, prevent the dye from re-staining, and improve the color fastness of the product. It has obvious synergistic effect with other anionic and nonionic auxiliaries in the same bath .
