Brief introduction

  A compound of a variety of polyphosphate, silicate, maleic acid acrylic copolymer, suitable for soaping process of cotton, hemp and its blended fabrics after dyeing and printing.

Functions

  1. Excellent complexation, dispersion and washing functions.
  2. Wash off the floating color of the fabric surface to improve the color fastness
  3. Prevent white areas from being stained and improve printing
  4. Has little effect on color shade, and can improve vividness after soaping.

Application range

Suitable for soaping process of cotton, hemp and its blended fabrics after dyeing and printing

Recommended dosage

Reference dosage: light color 0.2-0.3 g/L , medium color 0.4-0.5 g/L, dark color: 0.6-0.8g/L. Reference process: 85-95 ºC * 10-20min → wash 1-2 time,color fixing.
