Single-stage reverse osmosis purified water equipment
Raw water (tap water, surface water and underground water) is directly produced by pre-treatment system, precision filter and high-pressure pump to the reverse osmosis device, which is called single-stage reverse osmosis.
Single-stage reverse osmosis is suitable for water with conductivity less than 500 μ s / cm, and the conductivity of effluent is 1 ~ 10 μ s / cm.
Two-stage reverse osmosis purified water equipment
Raw water (tap water, surface water and groundwater) is pressurized and sent to the pretreatment system for coarse filtration, and then to the precision filter. Then to the primary reverse osmosis system through the primary high-pressure pump. The water produced by the system is then pressurized and sent to the secondary reverse osmosis system by the secondary high-pressure pump to become product water, which becomes the two-stage reverse osmosis system.
The two-stage reverse osmosis is suitable for water with conductivity greater than 500 μ s / cm, and the conductivity of effluent is 1 ~ 10 μ s / cm.
Ultrafiltration mineral water equipment
Ultrafiltration is usually used to make mineral water and mountain water. It is a process of separating impurities in liquid by using different pore sizes of ultrafiltration membrane with pressure as driving force. Installation:
Raw water pump + silica sand filter +active carbon filter +softener + micron filter +high pressure pump +RO system.
Plant process:
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to silica sand filter/active carbon filter
2. Silica Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
4, Softener--reduce the hardness of water
5. Micron filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane. The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane (at least 2.0 Mpa).
7. RO system--RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The RO membrane's desalt rate can reach as high as 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacteria, particles and 98% of organic.
