Our Bitzer condensing units have medium temperature(-5C~+10C), low temperature(-15C~-30C) and deep blast temperature(-25~-40C). It is equipped with the original new Bitzer compressor, high efficiency corrosion proofing design evaporator and condensers. What's more, for other accessories, we stick to best brand, like Schneider, Dixell, Danfoss,etc.

German brand Bitzer compressor is top high quality. Longer lifetime and high efficiency. For example Bitzer, has unique QR code to identify if it's original new.

3)Air tightness test to ensure no leaking
Follow strict testing such as on condensing unit pressure tightness test and pipe coil tightness test in water.

4)Strong copper pipe, good bending and welding
Each copper pipe connector is stable and professional pipe expansion workmanship. High-quality copper pipe.

5)High quality control panels - Dixell
Control panel box is with all kinds of protecting devices and Schneider electric. Other suppliers' are simple electric.Bitzer compressor rack uses multiple compressors in one system, bigger cooling capacity, safer, easier install and control. What's more, each compressor is independent and run according to system loading, so higher efficiency and longer lifetime.

6)Danfoss oil balance system
Balanced oil level is very important for the compressor rack. If compressor no oil, it'll damage soon.

7)High quality copper bending and welding
Specialized bend machine deal technology, 100% no leaking problem. In corners part, we use bending instead of copper corners.

8)Danfoss pressure controller
For compressor rack, each compressor run based on the machine loading, so accurate pressure controller is very important.

9)High quality control panels
It's equipped with Schneider electric, with multi protections including phase protection, phase lack, over current, too constant starting of compressor, discharge temperature, etc.

A:For cold room machine:Standard package f with plywood, the unit can be well protected, it is with pallet on the bottom for easy transportation., the unit can be well protected ,suitable for container shipment. 
B:For cold room panel:Plastic film for panel, Each panel is well wrapped with plastic film respectively, the corner is protected with brown paper.
