Shipping:
We normally will quote Ex-works prices without shiping, but we can help to contact shiping angent and arrange the shipping, small quantities (less than 15CBM)goods will be arranged by bulk cargo (less container loaded), and big quantities (15CBM or above) can arranged by full container loaed.

1. Where is your facotry?
Both our showroom and factory are located in Xingye road, Lianhe insdustrial zone, luocun, nanhai district, foshan city, Guangdong, China.

4. How about the MOQ?
ONE piece of sample can be produced, you need to cover both the sample cost and delivery cost.

5. Is there standard height on the balustrade and can I customized the heights?
For the terrace pleace, the standard height of the balustrade is 900mm, for stair steps will have 3 or 4 heights needed depends on the step sizes. And yes we can do customized heights.

6. How information we need provide before we can order the balustrades.
Need to provide the selected balustrade models, the colors, the quantities and the heights.  For the quantities and heights, we can help to analyze after get the size information about the target stair or terrace.
