Product Imformation
Powder coating is a new type of pure powder coating (free of solvents and harmful ingredients). The use of electrostatic spraying adsorption on the surface of the plate, and then through the baking of thermal infrared wave (110°C~130°C), melted and closed to form the coating film.
Various colors could be selected, and every batch of color maintains high consistency.
After powder coated, the surface of the product will form a seamless all around coating which make the product completely sealed for strong waterproof.
Compared with paint, blister, skin and other surface treatment methods, powder coating have a strong adsorption, firmness, scratch resistance hardness, as well as the most environmentally friendly, powder can be used more than 98%, and the powder itself is non-toxic tasteless, efficient and environmentally friendly.
