Q1: do you have a minimum order quantity for your products??

A1: Yes. The minimum order quantity of our motors is between 500 ~ 2000 sets / order according to different models. After the samples pass the test, we can also accept dozens or hundreds of the first three orders. There is no limit on the number of samples, but if the test requirements are met, the number of samples for the first time should be as few as possible (e.g. no more than 5), so as to prevent modification after the first test.


Q2: can I have some samples??

A2: it depends. If there is no need for follow-up, but for personal use, it will be difficult for us to provide. Because our motors are customized according to customer requirements and have no inventory. If it is the sample before the batch order, on the premise of reaching an agreement on the performance and batch price, we are happy to provide the sample for your test.


Q3: does your motor have a specific life value?

A3: No. Different motor models, materials and operating environment, such as temperature, humidity, load cycle, input and assembly mode, the service life of the motor will also be different. Generally, the motor life we talk about refers to the time when the motor is powered under rated voltage, does not stop running under rated load, and the change of speed and current value is less than + / - 30%. If we can provide specific information and operating conditions, we can evaluate and recommend motors that can meet your requirements.


Q4: can the motor shaft be customized??

A4: as the case may be. Usually, the diameter of the shaft is fixed. We can make the step shaft smaller, but not larger; If you want to increase, you can only add a shaft sleeve. For shaft length and shape (knurled, flat shaft, drilled, threaded shaft, etc.), it can be changed after evaluation.


Q5: can ball bearings / stainless steel shafts be used?

A5: most motors can use stainless steel shafts. Our 3-series, 5-series, 7-series, 8-series and 9-series motors can use ball bearings.
