Optical Brightener DMS/AMS/FBCW is regarded as one perfect agent used in detergent industry.  It can be used in the whitening  of cellulose fiber, polyamide fiber and fabrics.it show nionic characters and has optical blue color. It has better resistance to cholride bleaching than VBL and 31#, the most favorable dyeing bath PH value is 7-10.its sunlight resistance is 4 grade. The most advantage it used in detergent industry is its high matching capacity, high accumulated washing whitening effect. So it can meet the requirements of various matching capacity in detergent industry.

APPLICATION:

1. Fluorescent whitening agent for detergent industry. The synthetic detergent and soap will have better aspect after usage of this agent.

2. Fluorescent whitening agent for the fabric of cotton fiber, nylon, etc. Has excellent whitening effect on artificial fiber, polyamide, vinylon, also has good whitening effect on casein fiber, amide plastic.

PROCEDURE:

Optical brightener DMS has less solubility than VBL and 31# and can be soluable in hot water and form 10% turbid solution. The solution should be used immediately when it is ready and avoid sunlight. The dosage used is 0.1-0.5% in detergent industry and 0.1-0.3% in dyeing industry.

PACKAGE: Packed in iron drum or cardboard bucket after being packed in plastic bag first. Net weight per bucket is 20 kg or 25 kg.

TRANSPORTATION: Should avoid sunlight and crash.

STORAGE: Should be stored in cool, dry and ventilate place, and storage term shouldn't exceed 2 years.
