3.Oil refinery:

300TPD Extraction Workshop Consumption:
A.Steam: Steam consumption :350KG/T oil cake.
The steam pressure must be guaranteed between 0.6 ~ 0.8Mpa before enter into the workshop sub-cylinder.  
B.power: Power consumption 12KWh / T oil cake.
The power supply must be normal, the voltage is basically stable, and should be notified four hours before the power failure.
C. Water:
(1) circulating water not less than 600 m3 / h, the temperature below 30 ºC.
(2) not less than 1.5 t/h, water supplement water temperature under 22 ºC.
 
D. Material:
 Cake material embryo moisture ≤ 5%; cake the largest diagonal ≤ 15 mm; powder degree (30 mesh below) ≤ 5%; dry cake average oil ≤ 15%.
