Labeling main machine:
     This machine adopts international advanced technology, cover the circle label on the PET bottle/cans/jar, and then hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated.
     Roll-fed type sleeve label setting, central bottle locating system by bottle mold locating post.
1) Electrical-eye checking system for label sensoring, label cutting, label shooting, and label brushing fixing unit.
2) Screwing convey type bottle inlet for stable bottle transport to the labeling unit, electrical-eye checking bottle sensoring system.
3) Saturated water steam shrinking tunnel, SS304 label shrinking tunnel, with automatic water boiler type steam generator.

Steam Shrink Tunnel
Steam Heating Shrink Tunnel can be applied to different and irregular bottle types, e.g. round,square and flat bottles.
It adopts seamless tube, the distribution of low-pressure steam drum and the spout of steam use the separation style which make the tunnel smooth.
The steam nozzle is divided to three adjustable segments; the height, position and steam output of each segment can be adjusted respectively; this guarantees a perfect shrinking effect.

Steam Generator
The water is fed into the series of wholly automatic electrical heating generator by high pressure potential vortex pump made of copper with short water-supply time and durable service.
A floating ball for liquid level is fixed in the water tank to automatically control the water inlet.
Working system is all automatically controlled.After connecting the water supply and power supple for 5 minutes or so,it can output the steam continuously with high working efficiency.
