We can supply the design and manufacture the machine line with the capacity from 5T/24H to 500T/24H.
Our machine line include clean part, flour milling part and packing part.

1. The flour cleaning part: 
Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening. Different capacity machine line has different number of beat, screen and stoner.
To ensure the flour Quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the wheat before go to mill,
Beat: through the beat function of the wheat scourer, wheat brusher to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed.
Screening: to remove large and small impurities in the wheat seed by make the wheat go through vibrating sieve and aspiration sieve.
Destoner: mainly remove stone in the wheat to protect them milled into the flour and also protect the roller on the milling process.
Magnetic separator: remove metal material in the wheat to keep the roller safe and  also avoid flour exploration accident of spark caused  by the impact  of the metal impurities and the machine.
Dampening: Washing machine or stainless steel damper

2.The flour milling part:

Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran
(1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.

3. Packing part.
The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.

Food processing can never be out of business. And one of the ways you could enter in that never-ending cycle is by supplying flour for making bread, biscuits and pasta.
But if you intend to supply graded flour, you would have to take care of wheat cleaning and wheat conditioning prior to milling. Wheat cleaning involves grading of the wheat according to certain characteristics and blending some grades to obtain the desired flour. Wheat, depending on their protein content, is classified as soft wheat, medium hard wheat and hard wheat.
The type of wheat will determine whether it would be ultimately used for bread, biscuits, or pasta, or something else. Wheat conditioning involves adding a certain quantity of water, and allowing the prepared wheat to stand for several hours. Then the actual milling process begins to produce flour, wheat germ and bran.
The flour is then bagged and usually stored for several days to age prior to delivery to makers of biscuits, pasta, crackers, and other baked goods. You can also sell the bran and wheat germ to makers of breakfast cereals or animal feeds.
