1. What's the delivery time?
Our delivery time is 25-40 days after receiving the deposit.

2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Yes , the order can mix colors and models which as your request.

3. Can we have the sample before order ? What 's the sample policy?
Sure .The sample is not free of charge we have to charge some cost .

4. When you deliver the sample?
Around 2 week or 20 days.

5. Can I try order first ? What's the MOQ?
Yes, as the initial order, we hope our customers could feel they not only purchase a product but also high - quality service
and credible quality. We do not have a fix MOQ , based on the budget of the customers.

6. Can you make the door according to our drawing?
Yes, we can. Customers need to send us drawing , better in CAD or PS format. We can analyze if we can produce or not .

7. What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our product is CUSTOMER MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's. Sure we would
provide our professional suggestion to the customers .

8.What are the modes of payment?
We accept L/C,T/T,Western union and others.

B. Samples charge will be returned back to u after u place a big order.(at least 1*20GP order).

C. Accessories samples are FREE, u just need pay the transport charge.(Handle,lock,hinge,etc..)

D. The order reach 1*40HQ, we will give u one door for FREE, and 2% accessories for FREE.
(10*40HQ containers order,10pcs doors for free.)

E. If u introduce new customers and they place order to us, we will give u DISCOUNT in next order.
