 A: (1) In case of any product claims, we need your help to take some videos or photos of our defected products, your detail explanation is very necessary for us to prejudge the product problem; 
    (2) After your feedback of these product problem, our professional engineer team will follow up it, and prejudge the problem and give you a solution on trouble shooting; 
    (3) In case we have to replace any new parts, or replace a new item, we can negotiate how to settle it.
