In the poultry slaughtering process, the Chicken will be put into the chicken plucker to get rid of the feather after scalding. This poultry equipment is a very important equipment for small and medium size poultry slaughter house. It is a full-automatic plucking machine.

The working principle of chicken plucker is to use centrifugal force and the rubber friction to remove the feather. The machine rotates, the rubber bar go pass away the poultry body, the hair will come down, then use the water to clean the feather. Because it's small in the glue stick hardness, it does not hurt the meat and the skin easily.

Usage

1. Equipped with a leakage switch on the ground line

2. Turn on the switch, and check if the machine running normally before using

3. Wash the tube completely after using, but could not wash by water spray cleaning

4. After long time using, please change the robber stick when they are wearing or broken, so as to keep working efficiency

5. After a period of using, if the rolling disc become slower, it might be the belt screw track slip. Then please adjust the nut on the machine base.
