2.FULL LINE INCLUDES
The whole Slaughter Machine line divide into five parts: Slaughter Area, Offal Removal Area, Water Cooling Area and Carcass Cutting Area and Installation Cost
We hereby illustrate machines used for every area.
3.DESIGN STANDARD
Our Design accords to China National Standards and the demand of the clients as well. From the experiences of many Slaughter lines we installed in China and Other Country Such as Russia, U.A.E, Egypt, Malaysia so on, we have prove the appropriation and availability of our whole Processing lines.
4.MATERIAL
Main Material is 304 Standard and for the supporting part ,we made them of 301 stainless steel to ensure the quality of the machines and the safety of meat the machine touched except the some spare parts
We guarantee the meat produce by our slaughter line can reach the standard of international market required and national requirement.
5.POWER
WORK UNDER :380V 50HZ.  TOTAL MACHINE POWER: 30KW
6.DELIVERY
 Buyer handles the transportation. It needs about one 40' high containers and one 20 container.
 The delivery will be made in 30 days after Buyer's prepayment is received. The delivery place of the equipments: QINGDAO CHINA
7. PAYMENT TERMS
Buyer pays 30% of the contract total value by T/T as the down payment after contract sign.
The 70% of total value paid By T/T or by LETTER OF CREDIT AT SIGHT after buyer inspection of machines before delivery.
 
8. INSTALLATION AND TEST
Seller appoints 2 well-skilled technicians to carry out the installation and debug of the production lines and equipment. Buyer is in charge of their return tickets, board and lodging and some labors to assist the engineer to complete the installation. One English translator can be sent by Seller, the buyer will bear the cost of the translator or the Buyer can find the translator he needs himself.
Installation and Debug Time: The period of installation and debug are 20 days. The installation time will be postponed if it is caused by buyer that the equipment can't be installed normally.
9.QUALITY GUARANTEE
The quality guarantee period of all equipment is 12 months since the date when the installation and debug have been finished, the equipment are made available to buyer and signature is made on the Buyer's Completed Bill.
Seller guarantees what the equipment to be supplied by this contract are made meticulously in the best materials, brand-new, never used and satisfying the related Quality Inspection Standard.
Under the conditions of normal operation and maintenance, Seller will freely replace or repair the equipment that has any shortcomings in design, materials and/or processing technology within the guarantee period (12 months).
