Technology introduction: hot galvanizing
 
Basic definition:
Melting the cleaned metal material or accessories into hot galvanizing to start physical and chemical reaction, it will form a layer of zinc
 
Hot galvanizing:
It is a developed and useful metal anticorrosive which is mainly used for metal structure facilities. Melting derusted metal into 500 celsius degrees galvanizing zinc to form a layer of zinc on the surface to antiseptic. The process of hot galvanizing: finished products acid-washing-water-washing-melt into galvanizing zinc-dry-rack plating-cooling-washing-polish-finish.
 
Basic principle:
     The thickness layer of generally zinc is 5~15μm, but hot galvanizing could reach to over 35μm, the most could reach to 200μm. Hot galvanizing has advantages of high and close covering power to avoid impurity mixed.   
     The process of zinc coating formation is metal and the outermost pure zinc form a layer of metal-zinc alloy. 
 
Tips: the difference between hot galvanizing and cold galvanizing
 
      Hot galvanizing won't rust under 10 years usage, but cold galvanizing can't ensure the life span.
 
      Hot galvanizing is chemical processing which is belong to electrochemical reaction, the process is putting metal into 500celsius degrees fused galvanizing zinc to form a layer of zinc on the surface. Cold galvanizing is physics processing which is only painting a layer of zinc on the surface, so it will fall off easily. Hot galvanizing is usually use for construction and cold galvanizing used for metal corrosion prevention.
