PTFE Endless belt for Oshima/Hashima fusing machine
What is endless belt?
PTFE endless fusing machine belt is made from PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. The belt surface has thermal transfer and high temperature resistance characteristic. Seamless belt overcomes the disavantage of joint belt such as bad stability, ruptures and deflecting on different girth for two sides at the joint. The using life is much longer than joint belt.
Features of teflon endless belt:
1)High temperature resistance and adherence resistance;
2)Good tensile strength, preventing deflecting;
3)Excellent capability of resistance of static;
4)Smooth surface, more suits for super thin lining;
5)Flex fatigue resistance, durable, long using life;
