4. Features by parts
    a. Conveying device
    It is combined with up and down- four conveying rollers, feeding belts, back flap adjusting device     and driving device.
    b. conveying roller device
    1) Gap adjusted by electric device, easy to adjust the machine when do different thickness paper     broad. 
    2) The back flap size is controlled by computer. It could remove uncovered box size directly by      hand.
    c. Stitching head device

1) Punching head and guide adopts import die steel from German with degassing process and long service life. In running situation, the precision could achieve 0.001mm
2) Bottom die is made of tungsten steel imported from German
3) Stitching wire feeding wheel is made of imported ball bearing steel with more than 2 years service life
4) The stitching head body is formed in one time from imported steel, easy to maintain and low failure rate.
d. Electronic control system
1) The man-machine touch screen can realize stitching distance setting, order cancel and malfunction detection.
2) Mitsubishi PLC controller ensure a stable running state.
3) YASKAWA servo-motor makes the stitching distance even and accurate.
 e. Stitching wire feeding device
1) Double feeding device, 2.5KG and 20KG can be chosen freely.
2) 20KG wire feeding device can do auto feeding, you can set the feeding time. when the stitching wire is short of supply, it can feed automatically. Thus you can saving changing time and labour force, improve the product efficiency.
3) Stitching method such as single nail, double-row nail and strengthen nail could changed through the control system, easy to maintain.
f. Auto counting device
The sensor could counting for the quantity of producing number and setting conveying pile .
