2. All parts are installed on the cast iron base to avoid resonance during grinding.  All the castings are treated by high temperature tempering and vibration aging to ensure that no deformation occurs during long-term use.
3. With 5-axis servo and 1 axis worm gear reducer. All adopt digital signal control, and the device has no analog signal such as proximity switch sensor.
4. Feed mode, feed amount, wheel speed and saw blade speed are all digital set; Processed product specifications can be stored as the production number, which can be directly invoked in the next processing. A machine can store up to 100 sets of data.
