Full Welding ball valves are made of sheet metal after forging and pressing. Features:
1. The valve seat is made of teflon carbonized sealing ring and disc spring, so it is adaptable to the change of pressure and temperature, and there will be no leakage in the marked pressure and temperature range.
2. The processing of the ball is tracked and detected by the advanced computer detector, so the processing precision of the ball is high.
3. As the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress, and there will be no deformation due to the earthquake and vehicles passing through the ground. The pipe is resistant to aging.
4. The sealing ring body adopts the RPTFE material with 25%Carbon content to ensure complete leakage.
5. The directly buried type welding ball valve can be directly buried in the ground, without the need to build large valve Wells, only small shallow Wells on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and engineering time.
6. Fully welded ball valve can adjust the length of valve body and the height of stem according to the construction and design requirements of pipeline.
