The foam eva injection molding machine is fully hydraulic and automatic operation except taking product. It is PLC controlled, its humanized parameter computer operation interface provide quick and exact terms of production. Its product range includes EVA mid-sole, slippers, sport protectors and various kinds of shoe accessories.

Act by toggle mechanism which opens the mould rapidly.
5.Speedy Injector Movement
Driven by linear=track,allowing speedy moving and precise positioning.
6.Energy Saving Design
No need water circulation for mould station,using efficient heat insulator material.

Put oil tank together with injection base,which makes the structure compact and saves more space.

Guarantee Time: One-year warranty and lifelong service.  During guarantee period, the cost of any spare parts or new accessory should be borne by the seller, and the freight for delivery of spare parts will be on the buyer's account.
