1. General Introduction
1)Ultra-High Temperature plate-type is fully automatic, in which plate works at the division of aseptic and general condition.

2)The outer environment to the temperature of sterilization is highly concerned, to ensure the proper operation and quality of materials.

3)For the requirement of ultra-clean filling techniques, five-phase exchanger system is invited to utilize the heat source efficiently and lessen energy consumption. PLC control is without manual operation and inspection.

4)Water is used in both the adjustment of heating of materials and filling temperatures, to get high precise temperature control.

5)All procedures can be designed according to the precondition of actual technics, which can be fulfilled through touch screen. Main components are products from famous manufactures all over the world.

2. Main features
Materials in this system are exchanged through plate exchanger, the hot source use 4.5 - 5.5 bar saturated steam. Plate-type UHT is divided into seven phases in sterilization, the heating works as follows:

1)Warm-up medium of sterilized materials is high-temperature materials after sterilization.

2)Heat-medium is extremely hot water with high-pressure.

3)Heat-medium of material-out is hot water.

4)Cooling of recycling materials use cooled recycling water.

3. Control and adjustment of UHT
Control and adjustment of temperature: The equipments apply to material sterilization at temperature ≤ 137 C, with ± 1 C preciseness. Temperature can be designed according to request. PLC is invited to keep the temperature at a stable condition and preciseness. Materials short of required temperature recycle and give an alarm automatically in the intellectualized control, avoiding the pollution to the sterilized materials.

Control and adjustment of material-out: Temperature of material-out should be among 68~72 C, with ± 1 C preciseness. Temperature can be designed according to request. PLC is invited to adjust related components and to keep the temperature at a stable condition with high preciseness.

Flow control and adjustment of UHT: With reference to the indication of flow meter, flow valve is adjusted in UHT to get the required condition manually.
