UHT juice
UHT juice takes concentrated as ingredient, pasteurized then get final products. The pasteurized temperature is 89-100ºC, bacteria are killed but still keep juice nutrition and good taste at the same time. After centrifugal,filter,fat standardization,homogenizer,pasteurization and cooling, then filled and supply to consumers through cold chain.
1.0 Mixing
Manually connect the rocker arm of the recycling material line, open the corresponding valve, add water quantitatively in the dispensing tank, and measure by flowmeter. The self-priming pump on the circulating pipeline opens and the water begins to circulate. Sugar and stabilizer powder are poured into the feeding platform manually to dissolve with the water. Then concentrate juice is added to the mixing tank quantitatively through the diaphragm pump for mixing. After the mixing is completed, the pipeline and valve are switched and the next can is deployed.
Manually connect rocker arm, switch valve, select cleaning target, and clean through the cycle between CIP station and cleaning target. UHT can automatically extract concentrated acid and base for self-cleaning.
