Q: Are you a factory? ()
A:  Yes, we are factory. Welcome to visit our factory at any time. Our factory is located in Jiujiang Industrial Park Nanhai Foshan as following address:

Q: What's your payment term?
A: T/T 30% deposit, full balance against delivery. 
 
Q: Can you help with delivery?
A: Yes, we can do EXW,FCA (Delivery to appointed warehouse free ), FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU...etc.

Q: What's your period of production time?
A: Normally it's 15-30 days. It's negotiable; 3000 sets per month can be added out of our capacity.
 
Q: Will you check the products' quality before delivery?
A: Yes, we have QC department,will take photos for production with customer's number,save and compare drawing which will send u to confirm before production, so we can make products 100% good for you.
 
Q: What color, materials and size can you do for the products?
A: We have standard colors for every product. But we can customize it for you. Any wood grain or PT VAL colors are acceptable; Materials,Size up to your requirements, both are customized according to building projects,also can design by your idea.

Q: Can i order a sample ?
A: We have lots of free standard section and materials samples for customers,  if customized one will require little deposit then make for u first business,(solid wood,meranti ,mahogany,Oak, Ash, Walnut,Teak, steel,aluminum),,,
