Alumina ceramic thermocouple protection tube .Thermocouple temperature measuring instrument is a commonly used temperature measuring element in industrial production. Among them, the key core parts are temperature measuring heating wire and insulating protective sleeve. Alumina ceramic insulating protective sleeve has good thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance. It is widely used in the production of thermocouples. It plays a key role in protecting the temperature measurement and thermal conductivity wires and increases the service life of thermocouples. The corundum protective sleeve has a sealed round head shape at one end and good compactness. It is generally used in conjunction with an insulating core to form an important temperature measuring element of a thermocouple
protection tube.
Our tubes can work as high temperature tubes.
According to temperature difference we uaually provide 95% alumina tubes and 99.7% alumina tubes for this usage
MAX working temperature: 95% alumina tube, 1550C;
99.7% alumina tubes, 1700C.
Two types: two ends open and one end closed

Transport and installation precautions:
Matters needing attention for transportation and installation of ceramic pipe
1. The ceramic composite pipe has high hardness and good toughness, but it should be put gently in the process of transportation and installation to avoid serious collision, especially to avoid direct contact with metal instruments or impact on the ceramic layer on the end surface.
2. The qijing bending pipe is installed with directivity. When the bending pipe is installed, the direction indicated by the arrow on the surface of the bending pipe should be consistent with the flow direction of the conveying medium.
3. When installing the pipe, the pipe should be aligned with the center line and level should be adjusted to make sure that both ends meet accurately.The displacement of both ends should be controlled within 1.0mm.
4. When the flexible pipe joint is used to connect and install the pipe, the inserted lengths of both ends of the flexible pipe joint shall be adjusted symmetrically.Since the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite pipe is about 1/3 of that of steel, the expansion clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm.
5. When using flange connection, the flange end shall be flush with the end of the composite pipe.
6. Due to the excellent welding performance of the composite pipe, the pipe connection can be conducted by welding. However, when welding, 45o-60o "V" type slope Angle is 2-4mm and gap is 0.8-1.2mm.
