Conditions of use
The conveyed medium should be airing or other gas that is non-flammable and explosive,non-corrosive to steel materials,
and does not contain viscous substances.
The allowable medium temperature of the blower is -20~80ºC,the relative humidity are ≤90%,and the content of dust and hard
glumes does not exceed 150mg/m.
The temperature of the flue gas conveyed by the induced draft fan can be as high as 250ºC,and a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed in front of the fan to ensure that the hard particle content of the gas
entering the induced draft fan does not exceed 250mg/m3.
Outlet Angle
The rotation direction of the centrifugal fan has two directions, "forward" and "to reverse". The air outlet angle of the "forward" or "to reverse" rotary fan can be made 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225 °, 270° and other common angles, you can check below to select an outlet angle that meets your demands.
Driving Method
A.The fan has no additional bearing support , and the impeller and the motor are directly driven ;
B.Fan impeller cantilevered to support , V-belt transmission with the pulley between two bearings ;
C.Fan impeller cantilevered to support , V-belt drive with the pulley outside the two bearings ;
D.Fan impeller cantilevered to support , coupling to drive ;
E.Fan impeller double-point supported , V-belt drive with the pulley outside the two bearings ;
F.Fan impeller double-point supported , coupling to drive .
