DESCRIPTION
Comensflex Activator 110 is an active organic compound that used to clean and activate the surfaces to be bonded by polyurethane sealants.

APPLICATIONS
Comensflex Activator 110 is usually used in a combination with a Comensflex Primer to promote the adhesion of polyurethane sealants. If prior tests approved, activator can also be used alone.

PROCESS
Surface cleaning
Use isopropyl alcohol (95%) to clean the surface to ensure there is no oil, grease, dust or other contaminations.
Applying Activator
Use cotton or other kind of soft absorbing materials to apply a uniform thin layer of Activator on the cleaned surface and allow to dry for about 1-2 minutes (complete drying time should be adjusted according to the surrounding temperature and moisture).
PACKAGING
100ml, 250ml, 500ml in aluminum bottle.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Avoid contacting with water and moisture;
Keep far away from fire and ignition;
Recommend to store at 0~25C and humidity50%RH;
Shelf life: 6 months if kept in unopened original container.
CAUTION
Prior test is absolutely necessary to decide on specific activator and primer combination. The product contains solvent, which may cause skin and eye irritation. Avoid eye-contacting and ingestion.
