Summary
Polypropylene is a kind polymer with large molecules of repeating structural units of monomers. These monomers are bonded to each other with covalent bonds to form the polymer. They have a high molecular weight and consist over 10000 atoms. In the synthesis process, which is known as polymerization, longer polymer chains are obtained. There are two main types of polymers depending on their synthesis method, one is homopolymer, the other is copolymer.
Here we want to introduce the homopolymer, a series of general-purpose plastic widely used in our life and industries.

1.  T30S
As a kind of generic plastic granule, T30S is a homopolymer polypropylene is widely used for spinning of woven bag silk, production of cast film and tube film, packing material, carpet, artificial grass, rope or mono-silk, etc.

2. V30G
V30G is a homopolymer PP with high strength, high thermal resistance, good flexture resistance, high tensile strength, high inflexibility, high wearabiilty, good environmental stress crack resistance and low creep, etc. It is widely used in the plastic toys, containers for packing and housewares.

3. Z30S
At present, Z30S is the most popular granule in the production of PP spunbond nonwoven fabric as the good performance in mechanical property, resistance to heat, insulation and chemical stability.
Parameters4. H-1200 and H-1500 for meltblown
H-1200 and H-1500 are medical grade PP developed for the special purpose of meltblown fabric with high MFR. Comparing to the generic fiber PP, they have narrow molecular distribution, low ash content, high isotacticity, low odor etc. besides the high MFR.
5. H-9018

H-9018 is a PP homopolymer with high flowing rate, high rigidity, good thermal resistance and good finess in surface. It is easy forming rapidly in the production of thin products such as the DVD packing box, disposable snack food box and disposible cups, etc.

Polypropylene homopolymer granules are usually packed in  PP woven bags, 25kg per bag.
More than 26MT (26000kg) can be loaded in 1 40'GP. 18MT can be loaded in 1 20'GP.
