1. The clothing should conform to GA633-2006 "Firefighter Emergency Rescue Protective Clothing" standard.
2. Clothing styles and sizes should conform to 17type firefighter emergency and rescue protective clothing of <17 Firefighter Fire-fighting and Protective Clothing Style Marking> and <17 Firefighter Emergency and Rescue and Protective Clothing Style Marking > (Public Consumption 2017 41).
3. This summer's rescue suit includes jacket, trousers, cap and belt.
Two. Material requirements
1. Material: orange-red double texture fabric with single layer fabric and interwoven aramid and flame retardant viscose fibers dyed in original solution; with anti-static, flame retardant, light weight and strong tensile strength, the outer layer is made of 93% inter-position aramid dyed in original solution, 5% para-position aramid dyed in original solution and 2% anti-static yarn, and the inner layer is dyed by 50% original solution. Inter-color aramid and 50% imported raw liquid Lenzing flame-retardant viscose are blended. The outer surface is moisture-resistant and the inner layer is moisture-absorbent and quick-drying.
2. Technical performance requirements: Technical performance meets the following requirements.
1) Flame retardant property: After 25 times of washing, the longitude and latitude damage lengths are 16 mm and 15 mm respectively, and the duration of combustion is 0 s, and there is no melting and dropping phenomenon.
2) Fracture strength: Longitude and latitude dry fracture strength of fabric are 802 N and 758 N, respectively.
3) Temperature resistance of the outer surface. After five times washing, the water staining grade is 4.
4) Inside surface hygroscopicity and quick drying: after 20 times washing, the water absorption rate is 202%, the dripping diffusion time is 6.8S, the wicking height is 120 mm, the evaporation rate is 0.81 g/h, and the permeability temperature is not less than 9360 g/(m2/d).
5) tear strength: the longitude and latitude tear strength of fabric are 158N and 160N respectively.
6) Thermal stability: After the thermal stability test at (180 +/-5) degree, the change rate of dimension along longitude and latitude direction is 1.0%, and the surface of the sample has no obvious change.
7) Unit area mass: Unit area mass (200 + 10) g/m2.
8) Color fastness: washable stain 4-5 grade , water friction 4-5 grade, artificial light fastness 4-5 grade.
9) Colour difference: Colour difference between front collar and forebody, sleeve and forebody, bag and forebody, left and right forebody and other surface parts is 5 grades.
10) Furring and pilling performance: According to GB/T 4802.2-2008 test, the fuzzing and pilling performance is grade 4.
11) Needle spacing density: every 3 cm (> 12 needles) of light and dark thread and every 3 cm (> 9 needles) of wrapped suture.
12) Joint breaking strength: fabric longitudinal joint breaking strength 690N, fabric longitudinal and latitudinal breaking strength 870N, 830N.
13) Thermal stability of hard accessories: At (180 +/- 5)degrees Celsius, after 5 minutes, the hard accessories retain their original functions.

14) Thermal stability of sewing thread: No melting and scorching of sewing thread was observed after 5 minutes at (180 +/-5)degree.
15) Anti-static performance: the charged quantity of upper and lower garments is 0.4 and 0.6 μgC respectively.
16) Reflective marking band performance: according to GA10-2014 standard requirements of reflective marking band; specific parameters requirements with fire protection clothing.
17) Quality: The total quality of protective clothing is less than 1.5 kg.
3, accessories
1) Zipper: use aramid tape resin imitated teeth flame retardant, high temperature and arc-proof zipper, model 8, the front of rescue jacket zipper and trousers zipper should be no less than 8 zipper; color must match with external materials; zipper use aramid base fabric flame retardant zipper.
