Introduction

GDJZ Series Oil Immersed Test Transformer AC DC Hipot Tester for Cable Withstand Voltage Testing is applied in power system for insulation test of high voltage equipment.

The typical application of the HIPOT tester is as follow:

• Power Transformer AC high voltage withstand test

• Circuit Breaker AC high voltage withstand test

• High voltage motors high voltage withstand test

• Voltage/current transformer high voltage withstand test

• High voltage power source for calibration of high voltage meter

• Please confirm the right model before order. The main parameters include input voltage, maximum output voltage and capacity.

• The parameters in this table are response for HV transformer only and we will install the main control box according to the capacity and input voltage of the model you order.

Notice

• If the maximum voltage is less than 100kv we will offer dry HV transformer for the tester, otherwise we will offer oil HV transformer for the tester;

• The capacity and maximum voltage output could be customized according to the requirements of customer if you can not find the right one in this table;

• The weight listed in the table is HV transformer only it does not include the weight of main control box. Please confirm the total weight of the tester with our sales engineer before order;

  1. Q: What is the language? After sale service,the Warranty? 
      A:English version or as your requirement.Warranty : 1 year. 
  
  2.  Q: Does it output AC or DC or AC&DC?  
       A: For model GDJZ, it's AC and DC output. For model GDJ, It's AC output.
  
  3. Q: Whether does it have battery or liquid ? Convinent to delivery?  
       A: Some models have insulation oil, no battey, which does not influence the delivery.  
  
  4. Q: Where is it used? 
      A: Testing dielectric strength of High-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, insulation material. For example,cable, high-tension switch etc.  
  
  5.  Q: What types of testing equipment?What's the difference?    
       A: There are dry, oil-immersed and inflatable,three types. Differences as follow:
          Dry: light weight, volume light, can rewind.
          Inflatable: interrupter resistance, and light weight.
