FEATURES OF MACHINE

The machine has the features of high output, stable extrusion, high foaming, smooth and wearable surface. By equipping with the printing machine, laminating machine or hot stamping machine, this machine can produce different kinds of artificial wood products, so that this machine has a very wide application range. It can be used for cupboard, furniture board, construction decoration material, advertisement board, upholstery for train, car and ship and so on.

FEATURES OF PVC SKINNING FOAM BOARD

The finished board is widely applied as furniture board, construction board, floor board, wall panels, roof, car board, boat board and so on. The appearance and performance of PVC foam board is similar to the natural wood or even better than wood. Known as "synthetic wood", the product has advantages of moisture-proof, flame retardant, non-toxic, smooth and anti-aging.
The plastic board can be processed by sawing, nailing, opening, screwing, planning as well as thermal bonding, thermal bending and fold processing and plastic welding, which gives it a wide range of applications. The new decoration material can meet the international standards and its service life can reach to 50 years.
