Working process
It adopts electric and pneumatic combined drive to realize stable drive. The machine automatically works from bagging, filling, and spout cleaning
The sensor used for bag detection, the sensor used for the lid channel in the lid vibrator, the sensor used for lid detection and the multi-nozzle filling machine are separately controlled, so there is no bagging and no filling. The machine will stop when there is no cover.

Pouch loading
The machine adopts automatic pouch loading, which is easy and stable.

Filling
The machine uses a piston filling machine to fill materials, which can fill small bags of different shapes and volumes, with small filling errors (the maximum volume, the filling error is within ±0.5%)

Cap loading
Adopt automatic cap loading and detecting. The machine will stop when there is no cap.

Capping
The capping part uses magnetic torque for capping, which is harmless to capping. After the capping is tightened to achieve the target tightness, the capping motor will rotate as usual, but the capping head will stop rotating.

Product discharge
When the working process finishes, pouch automatically falls into the prepared tank.
