1. Introduction
WDW-Z500W detector is mainly used for the detection of high-strength bolt connection pair, and can test the axial force and torque (or torque coefficient) of the large-hexagonal high-strength bolt connection pair (m16-m30).The equipment is automatically loaded by cycloidal pinwheel reducer, linear guide rail, all Chinese operation interface, microcomputer control of high-strength bolts automatically tighten, relax, reset, the operation process intelligent tips, easy and fast operation.When the axial force after reaching the standard setting, the detector will automatically record test data, through the computer automatically calculates the average axial force and average torque, sample average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation, and it can display the curve of coefficient of output torque, axial force, torque curve, etc., at the same time with parameter setting, calibration, the calibration data report printing and query function.
2. Structural features:
  1. The height of the main machine adopts the horizontal structure of man-machine design principle, the test process is safe and easy to operate.
  2. The bolt-torsion-pull installation test module is installed on the linear guide rail, and the specimen is easy to install and adjust.
  3. Foolproof software design, the test process is completed with one key.
  4. The input end is uniformly loaded by a reducer, which greatly improves the consistency, repeatability and authenticity of the experimental results.
  5. The lower end of the machine body is equipped with a toolbox, which makes it more convenient for test operators to work.
