HZS35 Concrete Mixing Plant is composed of material supply, concrete batching system, concrete mixing, electrical control and steel structure. HZS35 Concrete Mixing Plant is an ideal concrete batching equipemnt for building project, building ground and precast product factory.
HZS35 concrete mixing plant of this series has intellectually automatic function. It belongs to intermittent forced mixing station. The customers are satisfactory with its characteristics like compact structure, flexible arrangement, low investment, and convenient assembly and disassembly. It can use many manners of combining and charging according to customers' needs. It can produce dry-rigid, half dry-rigid, plastic, and every distribution ratio concrete and use the mixing technology of wrapping-stone mode which can improve the quality of concrete greatly. It's the ideal equipment for constructions of middle-small buildings, roads and bridges, the tube piles and cement precast factories.

1)It adopts knockdown structure and blocking. It is a combine mode.
2) The machine adopts JS750 or JS1000 concrete mixer with excellent mixing quality and high efficiency.
3) The concrete batching machine is measuring nicety and high produce efficiency.
The forced water supply system sprays equably and has washing function for the mixing system.
4) It adopts the electrical weighting system to measure all the aggregate, cement, water, liquid and additive.
