A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

A: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment

Q: Can you make the bulk production follow to my sample?
A: Yes, we like this working way. We can follow up your sample to make out the design and use your sample for color follow in the bulk production.

Q: When we create out the artwork, what format do you like?
A: Please send us PDF / Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw is workable as well.
 
Q: What is the leadtime?
A: According to the production processes, it will take 5-7 days for samples, 20 days around for bulk production ( mainly depends on the ordered quantity ).
