This is an economical production line of semi - finished pocket spring mattress . The raw materials, steel wire and non-woven fabric, will be processed into a semi - finished pocket spring mattress.
The maximum width of the mattresses can be 2.1 meters. Mattresses can be Double-sided adhesive cloth or single-sided cloth,also can not adhesive cloth. It can produce multi-zone mattress.
The production line is configured according to the actual requirements of the product. It is usually composed of 2 spring coiling machines, 1 pocket spring assembling machine and 2 cutting machines. It is operated by two employees, one employee is responsible for the spring coiling machines and cutting machines, and the other employee is responsible for the assembling machine.
The production efficiency is about 4 to 5 minutes to produce a mattress (two YL-13000 machines produce 800 to 1000 pocket springs in 5 minutes, and the assembling machine assembles 7 rows of springs per minute)
This production line is proven, and many of our clients in China are also using in this way.
Note: The video shows the configuration of 2 YL-13000 machines +2 YL-610000 machines +1 YL-51000 machine. Clients may buy different machines to form production line according to the characteristics of the products to be produced.

The machine normally uses 380V voltage, which can be customized to other voltages. Please inform us if there is any need to change.

We have a professional after-sale service team which can respond quickly to a breakdown.Spare part are off the shelf.They can be sent by international express as soon as possible.
Installation & Commissioning.The seller can provide the installation, commissioning and training service in buyer's factory, while the buyer needs to pay for air ticket, accommodation,(if necessary) interpreting fee for seller's technician.
2. Warranty.For the machine above,the seller provides one year warranty starting from the moment the seller dispatches the machines. Wearing parts,consumption material and the damage incurred by the buyer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range.

With his careful planning,the five people original team of Yulun Machinery set up.In order to ensure product quality, in 2015, our company invested in CNC machining center to form self-processing of mechanical parts, and recruited talents and strengthened internal management .
1.In 2013, Our 65 pocket spring coiling machines came out, which increased the production efficiency of the equipment by 40% and reduced the energy consumption by 30%, exerting a strong impact on the old type of cylinder machines.
2.In 2015, Our first semi-cnc 85 pocket spring coiling machine was successfully launched into the market, and the semi-cnc operation without cylinders was realized. The production efficiency of the equipment was increased by 30% and the energy consumption was reduced by 40% again.
3.In 2016, the semi-cnc 100 pocket spring coiling machine was successfully introduced to the market. On the basis of the 85 pocket spring coiling machine, the efficiency was increased by 18% and the energy consumption was reduced by 10%.
4.In 2017, the automatic pocket spring assembly machine was successfully developed and realized the seamless connection between pocket spring machine and gluing machine, with the number of operators reduced by 80% and the production efficiency increased by 50%
5.Full CNC 120 pocket spring coiling machine (switch two size spring freely )entered the market in 2018,Advantages: compatible CNC and double steel function, Integrate two-head machine into two-in-one mode, mechanical structure extreme simplification, simple debugging.
