Block silicone oil CX-7065 is a multi-block copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine, and polyether.

It is used for the soft finishing of various fiber fabrics, and is especially suitable for the soft hand finishing of chemical fiber and polyester fabrics. It provide the fabric soft, fluffy, smooth excellent touch feeling.
This product is environmentally friendly item, which is not contains any banned chemicals and complies with EU Otex-100 standards.

[Instructions]
1. Padding process:
The reference dosage is 5-10g/L, set at 160~180ºC,
The pH value should be kept below 7 (best between 5-6).
2. Dipping process:
It is recommended to use it after dilution at 1:X (X=3-9), the general dosage is between 0.5-2.0%, 40~50ºC × 10~20min, dehydrated and dried.

[Packing and storage]
50KG / drum or 120KG / drum plastic drum (lined with plastic bag);
Store in a cool and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight. The storage period is half a year.
