1. Q:Are you a factory? Where are you located?
A:we are a direct factory,we're located QuanZhou,FuJian province,near beautiful XiaMen city.

2. Q:How can I get a sample with my logo,and sample time?
A:Please send us the design documents of logo,sample and logo cost will be paid by you.
Sample cost will be returned after bulk order .
Usually,sample lead time is 15 working days,we9 will try to reduce sample time about one week if you need it urgently.

3. Q: What is your mininum order quantity and lead time
A: Our MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU,we're glad to reduce MOQ if you have MOQ issue
Generally,bulk lead time will be 55-75 working day in the low season,the accurate bulk time is subject to our actual produciton date and order volume in the high season,certainly,we're glad to make a priority to your order reduce 
bulk timing if it's very urgent to you

4.Q: How many worker in your factory,what's your capacity.
A:There're 255 workers in our factory,total 6 production line,usually,we can produce 100K-200K bags per month.

5.Q:How do you test the quality?
A:We have full sets of inspection machines: color-test, Viberation test, ect;
And we control the quality from in-materials/accessories/online QC/final products QC/QC before shipping,
